Moody S38 1996 refit 2019/20

Rarely available and sought after Moody S38. The S series from Moody were way ahead of their time and sadly very few were built due to the cost and superior build quality.

Good looking with excellent seakeeping and sailing characteristics, combined with a palatial interior layout, mahogany interior, 3 double cabins 2 heads, large galley, chart table and saloon area, in a sub 40 foot boat!

Trilogy benefits from a recent mini refit 2019/20 with many age related items being renewed

Ready for a new owner to put their stamp on the interior and cruise on into the next decade

Owners Comments

Trilogy has been my pride and joy for 11 years, during this time I cruised the Mediterranean for 5 years living happily on board for 4 of those years.

Trilogy is solidly built to traditional Moody standards and has been regularly maintained and upgraded, including a refit in 2019 / 2020

The Eberspacher heating works well heating the whole boat, in UK waters it is regularly used. The Vesper AIS new in 2020 has already proved a useful aid as discovered during the 2020 trip to the Channel Islands.

Trilogy is a strong working boat ready to take you anywhere, I hope the new owner uses her and enjoys many happy miles cruising.
